Your first DETOXD order, including your first subscription order, is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee from delivery. If you are not satisfied, contact info@getdetoxd.com for a full refund of the product purchase price, no questions asked. Opened and used first-order products are eligible, with no refund processing fee. Repeat orders and subscription renewals are not covered by this first-order guarantee. Reschedule or cancel future subscription shipments before the next order is processed. Cancelling does not automatically cancel or refund an order already processed.

Subscriptions – Stay on Track With Your Cleanse

Subscriptions ensure you never run out of the products that keep your detox working.
You’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t wish to renew, you may cancel anytime.
To manage, change, or cancel your subscription, simply use the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders – Secure Your Supply Early

A pre-order reserves an out-of-stock or soon-to-launch product before it’s available.
At checkout, we may collect no payment or only a partial deposit, then securely store your payment method to charge the remaining balance when your order ships.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
Once fulfilled, cancellations are not possible, but you may still request a refund in line with our [Return & Refund Policy].

Try Before You Buy – Risk-Free Confidence

With this option, we place an authorization hold on your payment method before shipping your order.
You’ll have a set time period to decide if you want to keep the item.
If you do not return the item within that period, your payment method will be charged in full.
